1. How can I place an order?

Browse through our products, select your size, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re done shopping, proceed to checkout and confirm your details.

2. How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You’ll receive an automated confirmation call and a WhatsApp message with your full order summary and order ID.
Your order will be processed once confirmed through call or WhatsApp.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery time depends on your location:

* Karachi & major Sindh cities: 2–3 business days
* Punjab, KPK & other major cities: 3–5 business days
* Remote or northern regions: 5–7 business days

4. What are the delivery charges?

Delivery is free on orders above 5,000 PKR.
For orders below 5,000 PKR, standard delivery charges apply depending on the city and courier rates.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following options:
