1. How can I place an order?

Browse through our products, select your size, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re done shopping, proceed to checkout and confirm your details.

2. How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You’ll receive an automated confirmation call and a WhatsApp message with your full order summary and order ID.
Your order will be processed once confirmed through call or WhatsApp.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery time depends on your location:

* Karachi: 1–2 working days
* Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad & Islamabad: 2–3 working days
* Rest of Pakistan: 3–5 working days

4. Can I return or exchange my order?

Returns are accepted only in case of a defect or issue caused by us.
Exchanges are available within 3 days of receiving your order (for size, color, or style).
