Each piece is crafted and packed with precision — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are only accepted if there is a manufacturing defect or an issue caused by us.

Returns are not available for reasons such as:

• Size preference
  
• Change of mind
  
• Dislike after receiving the product

Our team will review your concern and guide you through the process.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:

• Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Ship the item back to us through any reliable courier service.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange.

Conditions:

• The product must be in unused, unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  
• If your requested item is unavailable, you may choose another product.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Items damaged due to mishandling or improper use by the customer.
  
• Worn, washed, or altered products.
  
• Accessories and limited-edition drops.
  
• Sale or discounted items.

SHIPPING COSTS

The customer will bear the shipping cost of sending the product back for an exchange. If the error or defect is from our side, we’ll cover all shipping costs.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us immediately with photos or a short video of the issue.
• Our team will verify the problem (using packaging video proof from dispatch) and
  arrange a replacement.

NOTE ON VERIFICATION

Every VOYD order is recorded through a personalized packaging video before dispatch.

This video serves as a reference to ensure authenticity, quality, and product accuracy for both our team and our customers.
