At VOYD, we make sure every order feels personal, transparent, and premium — from
confirmation to delivery.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an automated confirmation call to verify your details.

You’ll also receive a WhatsApp message with your complete order summary, including items,
the total amount, and your order ID.

Your order will move to processing only after confirmation through call or WhatsApp.

PROCESSING TIME

After confirmation, all orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

SHIPPING DURATION

All orders are shipped from Karachi through trusted courier partners.

Delivery time varies by location:

• Karachi & major Sindh cities: 2–3 business days
• Punjab, KPK & other major cities: 3–5 business days
• Remote or northern regions: 5–7 business days

PACKAGING & VERIFICATION

Each VOYD order is packed with care.

Before dispatch, we record a personalized packaging video showing your product, name, and address tag for verification.

This video is sent to you on WhatsApp before shipping for complete transparency.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery is free only on orders above 5,000 PKR.

For orders below 5,000 PKR, standard delivery charges apply depending on the city and courier rates.

DELAYS

While we aim for on-time deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to courier logistics,
weather, or public holidays.

If there’s a delay, our team will contact you with updates.
